The terms on which Workforce Pathway Australia provides recruitment support and document support services to employers.

These terms apply to all recruitment support and document support services provided by Workforce Pathway Australia (ABN 28 695 406 869) ("we", "us", "our") to a client ("you"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide agreed recruitment support and document support services for employers, which may include:

2. Additional work

Any additional work requested by you beyond the agreed services may be charged separately and will be quoted before it is carried out.

3. Third-party costs

Third-party costs, including job advertising fees and other external charges, are not included in our fees unless they are specifically stated on the invoice.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information. You must also review and approve all advertisements, documents and details before they are used or published.

5. No guarantee of outcomes

We do not guarantee recruitment results or any third-party outcomes. We provide professional support and documentation, but hiring decisions and results depend on factors outside our control.

6. Fees and refunds

Fees for work that has already commenced are generally non-refundable, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
